Role Summary :

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the overall technology roadmap, solution architecture, and architecture governance across multiple RAN products. This role acts as the bridge between business, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure scalable, future-ready network solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Strategy :

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for NTN, 4G, 5G, and IoT solutions.

- Define technology roadmap and architectural standards across products.

- Evaluate new technologies, cloud-native solutions, and ORAN innovations.

- Drive architecture reviews and governance processes.

- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.

Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business teams, product management, customers, and engineering teams.

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture.

- Approve critical architecture decisions and design changes.

- Present technical solutions to senior leadership and customers.

Program & Release Governance :

- Lead software release strategy and FOA planning across multiple RAN products.

- Govern release readiness, risk assessments, and deployment strategies.

- Drive RCA reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and engineering teams.

- Define best practices for RF optimization, KPI management, and network performance.

- Guide cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical challenges.

Required Skills :

- 11- 15 years of experience in Telecom Solution Architecture.

- Strong expertise in NTN, 4G, 5G, IoT ecosystems.

- Deep understanding of 3GPP, ORAN, Cloud-Native Architecture, Kubernetes, and Telecom OSS/BSS.

- Strong knowledge of software release governance and lifecycle management.

- Proven experience leading large-scale telecom transformation projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
