Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role bridges business requirements and technical execution, providing architectural leadership across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design of end-to-end solution architectures across multiple systems and platforms

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions

- Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and platforms

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards

- Review and approve technical designs, APIs, and integration approaches

- Provide technical guidance during development, testing, and deployment

- Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies

- Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and technical proposals when required

- Mentor engineers and junior architects

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in software development, system design, or solution architecture

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale or cloud-native solutions

- Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and data architecture

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Solid knowledge of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures

- Experience with non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and availability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
