Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Karate Framework and Cucumber.

- Perform manual and automated API testing using Postman, Karate, and other relevant tools.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data for functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Develop reusable components and libraries in Core Java to support automation frameworks.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Mandatory Skillsets :

- Java, rest api, Automation, Cucumber, Jmeter minimum 6 years

Location : Pune only

Notice Period Max 60 Days or serving Notice Period or immediate joiners.

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in API testing (manual and automation).

- Strong hands-on experience with Karate Framework and Cucumber.

- Proficiency in Core Java for automation scripting and framework development.

- Experience with Postman for manual API testing and scripting.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

- Knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Product company or Product client experience will be a great fit
