Role : Senior Software Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on engineer to join our team and work on software implementation, testing, system integration, troubleshooting, automation, and customer deployments.

The ideal candidate should have strong debugging and problem-solving skills, experience with API/database troubleshooting, and the ability to work directly with customers during implementation and Go-Live activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end software implementation lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met with precision and technical excellence.

- Execute complex system integrations by leveraging Python and Shell scripting to automate workflows and enhance overall platform interoperability.

- Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performance testing to guarantee that deployments are stable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks within Linux-based environments to maintain high availability and system reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with internal product and development teams to translate client feedback into actionable

technical improvements, driving continuous product evolution.

- Perform advanced SQL queries and data analysis to validate system health and ensure data integrity during the migration and implementation phases.
