Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience to work on end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. The role requires flexibility across technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and mandatory working overlap with Phoenix (US) stakeholders. This role is aligned to our core portfolio covering Cloud, Data, Integrations, and Engineering (including QA), and requires individuals who can contribute across multiple layers of the technology stack.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience

- Experience working as a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead

- Strong hands-on coding experience in Python and/or TypeScript

- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications

- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and system design

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience building and working with backend services and APIs

- Understanding of microservices-based architectures

- Experience working across different layers of the application stack

- Experience with code reviews, debugging, and production support

- Ability to work on end-to-end project delivery

- Mandatory ability to work with Phoenix (US) time-zone overlap

- Ability to work effectively with distributed and global teams

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Flexibility to work across technologies

- Experience across core portfolio areas : Cloud, Data, Integrations, Engineering (including QA)

- Strong experience in Python for backend and data development

- Experience with TypeScript for frontend or service automation

- Exposure to .NET technology stack for legacy systems

- Java not preferred as primary technology

- Experience working across full stack (data, backend, frontend, integrations)

- Experience with API-based integrations and distributed systems

- Experience with QA practices and engineering quality standards

- Experience working in cloud-native environments

Good-to-Haves :

- Experience or exposure to AI / Machine Learning concepts or projects

- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Basic exposure to Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

- Exposure to messaging or event-driven systems

- Understanding of cloud security basics and performance optimization

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

- Prior experience in global or hybrid delivery environments
