Role Overview

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance backend systems and microservices.

- Integrate and manage databases, APIs, and other backend components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets business objectives and compliance standards.

- Drive and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and development best practices.

- Support deployment, debugging, and ongoing maintenance of software systems.

- Guide junior developers and contribute to technical leadership when needed.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in RESTful web services and API development.

- Proficient in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
