Senior Software Engineer/Technical Architect - Java/Python

Role : Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect B2C Platform

looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect B2C Platform to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra India). The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in building high-scale consumer-facing platforms with a strong foundation in backend architecture and engineering execution. This role demands a product mindset, technical depth, and the ability to ship fast in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

- Architect and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django).

- Lead key decisions on infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, LLM-integrated systems, and platform observability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ship user-first features at scale.

Must Have(s) :

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Redis in production systems.

- Working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend/dashboard needs.

- Must have experience working in B2C company

Nice to Have(s) :

- Exposure to Python frameworks like FastAPI or Django.

- Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, or streaming architectures.

- Experience with AI/ML features such as vector databases, GPT integration, RAG workflows, or chatbots.

- Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OTEL.

- Prior experience building or scaling large-scale B2C applications.
