Role : Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a quality-obsessed team owning the entire release cycle - from development to deployment. You'll craft clean, test-driven code, practice pair programming, and embrace full-stack ownership across cloud, frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do :

- Write tests first and deliver clean, predictable code

- Release frequently in small, reliable increments

- Work in pairs through pair programming sessions

- Review peer code for continuous improvement

- Collaborate in product teams to rapidly build features and fixes

- Own everything from frontend to backend to infrastructure & CI/CD

- Commit to lifelong learning and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, TDD, React/React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript

- Solid grasp of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices

- Experience designing and scaling web architectures

- Familiarity with Agile, eXtreme Programming, and continuous deployment environments

- Knowledge of web server ecosystems, CI/CD tools, and relational databases

- Experience with source control, bug tracking, and writing technical documentation
