Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer - Backend with 2 to 4 years of experience in backend web development.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience with Python and Django and a solid understanding of fundamental computer science principles.

This role requires a professional who can build robust and scalable tech products, work effectively with a team, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and REST API endpoints to support web and mobile applications.

- Utilize expertise in Python and Django to build scalable and efficient solutions.

- Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a preference for knowledge of frameworks like Vue or React.

- Apply a deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex problems and ensure high-performance product delivery.

- Work with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author clean, standards-compliant code and ensure seamless integration across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in backend web development with Python and Django.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL.

- Experience with building robust and scalable REST API endpoints.

- Familiarity with web technologies like Linux and Apache.

- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, S3, RDS, SNS, etc.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
