About the Opportunity :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimize scalable backend and microservices systems powering our next-generation Generative AI platform. You'll work across distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and high-performance APIs collaborating with world-class engineers and AI researchers to bring complex ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build performant, resilient backend services and APIs

- Optimize systems for low latency, scalability, and fault tolerance

- Work on real-time data processing and distributed systems

- Collaborate with DevOps and data teams to deploy, monitor, and scale AI workloads

- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure strong test coverage

- Contribute to system architecture and participate in design reviews

- Drive automation and CI/CD improvements for rapid releases

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of software development experience with large-scale distributed systems

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field

- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Java

- Hands-on with microservices, stream processing, and REST/gRPC APIs

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

- Exposure to monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
