Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python and Django, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our core SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance features that directly impact our users' ability to leverage talent data effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our platform and ensuring its continued success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Python and Django for our SaaS platform.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and requirements into technical specifications and implement them effectively.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure the stability and performance of our platform.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our API infrastructure to enable seamless integration with other systems.

- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Python, Django, and SaaS development to continuously improve our platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Python and Django.

- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

- Strong understanding of relational databases and experience with database optimization techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
