About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications involving complex database logic and scalable backend services.

This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging business-critical systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Oracle PL/SQL code (stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers).

- Build and enhance backend services and API integrations using Java (SE/EE/Spring Boot).

- Optimize SQL queries for high performance and manage large datasets efficiently.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of PL/SQL code with Java-based applications.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support system/integration testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to PL/SQL and Java code.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of proven experience in Java (Java SE/EE, Spring Boot) development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, triggers, packages, performance tuning)..

- Solid understanding of relational database concepts, query optimization, and large data handling.

- Experience in API development and integration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
