Job Title: Senior Software Engineers (.NET Developers)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using .NET Core to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications that align with long-term business objectives and project timelines.
- Optimize existing codebases to improve application performance, security, and resource utilization across distributed environments.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting thorough code reviews and promoting best practices in software design and documentation.
- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to enhance system functionality and interoperability for our clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain high availability and seamless user experiences.
Requirements :
- C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
- WPF, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
- SQL Server
- Microservices & Distributed/Event-Driven Architecture
- MQTT-based Communication
- Cross-platform development (Windows/Linux)
- OOP, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization
- Exposure to C++ is an added advantage
In addition to the technical skills, the candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals who can contribute to scalable, maintainable, and cross-platform solutions.
Experience in medical device software development and cybersecurity concepts would be beneficial.
