About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 4-10 years of experience to join our client's team in Gurgaon. This is a contract position for an immediate joiner with a focus on implementing robust and scalable solutions for healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js development, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and a passion for building high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas for various databases like MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL to support high-performance applications.

- API Development & Integration : Develop and integrate robust APIs with a focus on clean design, using frameworks like Express.js or Fastify.

- System Communication : Implement service communication and event handling using messaging tools like Kafka, SQS, or Redis Pub/Sub to ensure seamless data flow between services.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 4-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

- Languages & Frameworks : Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and

experience with Express.js or Fastify.

- Databases : Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL.

- Messaging : Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, SQS, or Redis Pub/Sub.

- Testing : Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

- Tools : Familiarity with Docker, Git, and AWS CLI.

Must-Haves :

- Knowledge of distributed transaction patterns.
