Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Lead / Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers (for Lead role).

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Drive best practices in coding, design, and system architecture.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java (8/11/17).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate.

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture & REST APIs.

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Familiarity with Kafka / messaging systems.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and system design.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of API Gateway, Redis, caching mechanisms.

- Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React).

- Certifications in Java or Cloud (AWS, Azure).

Leadership Expectations (For Lead Role) :
