About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and System Design. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems and contributing to the architecture of mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Optimize application performance and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Hands-on experience with System Design and scalable architecture
- Experience with relational databases and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
