Senior Software Engineer - Java/Python

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

- Work on RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

- Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and improve development processes

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java / Python / Node.js / Go / C++

- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, or similar

- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design

- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP

- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

- Proficiency in version control systems like Git

Good to Have :

- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js)

- Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
