Description :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, product-centric environments and has proven experience building and scaling distributed systems. You'll work closely with product, ML, and infra teams to deliver end-to-end features, deploy production-grade code, and explore emerging GenAI technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role where your primary focus will be system design, high-performance code, and ownership from development to deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using modern technologies.

- Own the full lifecycle of features from architecture implementation, testing deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and improvements.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud-native environment.

- Drive performance tuning and reliability across services and infrastructure.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in backend development at scale (e. g., handling high throughput, distributed systems).

- Strong proficiency in coding (Java, Go, Python, or Node.js ).

- Solid grasp of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar deployment tools.

- Proven experience deploying code to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
