Senior Software Engineer - Java & React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Java + React) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based backend development along with hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services using Java / Spring Boot.

- Design and implement responsive and dynamic front-end applications using React.js.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-performing solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.

- Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Knowledge of build tools like Maven / Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.

- Good understanding of web performance and optimization techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
