About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on core systems powering health data pipelines, secure user messaging, image uploads, and AI-enabled features. You will contribute to building robust microservices, efficient data pipelines, and modular infrastructure to support our next-gen health platform.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain microservices for :

- Health data exchange and real-time access

- Chat/messaging and AI chatbot experiences

- Image upload, parsing, and visualization pipelines

- Write clean, testable code in Kotlin with Spring Boot

- Work with Redis for caching, OpenSearch for fast querying, and PostgreSQL for persistence

- Follow established engineering practices around testing, deployments, and logging

- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and optimization efforts

- Work cross-functionally with QA, product, DevOps, and design teams

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of backend engineering experience

- Proficiency in Kotlin (or Java) and Spring Boot

- Knowledge of Redis, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL

- Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs

- Exposure to messaging platforms, chat engines, or AI conversation systems

- Basic understanding of image processing or file handling in backend systems

- Comfortable in CI/CD, containerized deployments, and observability tooling
