What Youll Do :

- Develop scalable, secure REST-based microservices using Spring Boot, SpringCloud, Spring MVC.

- Work in Java/J2EE environments (IntelliJ/Eclipse) with exposure to front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and XML.

- Lead the development and deployment of cloud-native applications using GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenShift.

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub, Gradle.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases : PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Teradata, BigQuery.

- Handle streaming data using Kafka, MQTT, and modern cloud tools (e.g., Terraform).

- Champion clean code practices: TDD, Pair Programming, Evolutionary Design, and Agile/XP methodologies.

- Collaborate across teams for product delivery, technical reviews, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Java (J2EE) development with 2+ years in GCP.

- Experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Solid background in PostgreSQL and other RDBMS.

- Hands-on with cloud tools (e.g., BigQuery, Terraform).

- Skilled in Git, version control, and modern build tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Extreme Programming (XP) practices like pair programming and TDD.

- Exposure to microservices design using Spring Boot.

- Familiarity with data streaming tools (Kafka, MQTT).

- Knowledge of software craftsmanship and clean coding standards.

Qualifications :

Required : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred : Master's Degree.
