We are looking for a passionate individual contributor to join us as part of the core engineering team and help us build our products and platform from scratch. The potential candidate would be part of a strong tech team to help us disrupt the Indian consumer fintech space.

Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements :

- 3 - 7 years of strong individual contributor experience as a software engineer.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.

- BS/MS or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related work experience.

- Knowledge of data structures/algorithms and an understanding of design tradeoffs.

- Strong knowledge in Java and experience with Spring Framework.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Full Product Lifecycle Ownership : Take end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, including detailed requirements analysis, system design, implementation, thorough testing, seamless deployment, and continuous post-deployment monitoring.

- Code Excellence : Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Problem-Solving : Tackle complex technical challenges, debug intricate issues across the stack, and implement effective solutions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.

- Mentorship & Guidance : Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

- Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in retrospectives, identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
