About Role :

- As an SDE III Engineer, you will drive the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems.

- You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the companys technical and business goals.

Expereince : 5-8 Years.

Location : Gurugram (Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39).

Working Arrangement : 5 Days a week (Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems.

- Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements.

- Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact.

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals.

- Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards.

- Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2).

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5-8 years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.

- Strong experience with backend language ie. Node. js.

- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field.

- Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs.

- Proven ability to own large systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
