We are looking for an experienced Senior Endur Developer with strong hands on expertise in Endur development and deep exposure to energy trading systems, particularly within the European Gas domain.

The role involves end-to-end development, system integration, and production support in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Endur solutions using JVS, OpenComponents (OC), and plugins

- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle

- Work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to implement business requirements

- Optimize database queries and ensure high system performance

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD-based delivery processes

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) :

- 4 - 9 years of hands-on Endur development experience (JVS, OC, plugins)

- Strong Core Java expertise, including OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, JUnit, and TDD

- Proficient in SQL with experience in database interactions and performance optimization

- Deep knowledge of European Gas trading processes, including balancing, scheduling, capacity & transportation, pricing, and P&L/exposure

- Experience with OTC instruments such as forwards, storage, swing deals, swaps, and simple options

- Understanding of exchange-traded futures and options lifecycle, including cascading

- Proven track record in Agile delivery and CI/CD workflows

- Hands-on experience in production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services

- Experience with GitHub-based build and deployment pipelines

- Working knowledge of Kafka
