Description :

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture and execution of our web apps and AI-integrated platforms. In this role, you aren't just writing scripts; you are designing the systems that allow web applications using our internal app framework to function at scale. You will oversee the transition from traditional rule-based backends to intelligent, event-driven systems coupled with AI leveraging Vision LLMs, Fine-tuned models.

Core Responsibilities :

- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable backends in Django or Flask that serve as the "brain" for AI-driven features.

- Advanced Data Modeling: Expertly manage Relational data, Vector Databases, optimizing for high-speed retrieval and "context-aware" AI responses.

- AI Strategy & Execution: Lead the implementation by integrating AI APIs (Open AI, Gemini, Self hosted models), exploring Agentic AI frameworks and Fine-tuning pipelines to customize model behavior for our specific domain.

- Optimization: Take ownership of Database performance (complex query tuning, indexing strategies) and the efficiency of AI inference calls.

- Technical Leadership: Set the standards for JSON schema design and API documentation, ensuring the entire system is "AI-ready."

Requirements & Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in Python-based software engineering.

- Deep expertise in Django or Flask and the underlying Pythonic patterns (Asyncio, Decorators, Type Hinting).

- Advanced knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL internals, including performance tuning and partitioning.

- Experience in building RAG systems and managing Vector DB life cycles.

- Mastery of JSON-based communication and state management in distributed systems.

- Experience with AI-first development methodologies (using AI to audit code, generate tests, and architect complex logic).

Nice to have :

- Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or working with specialized AI agents.

- Knowledge about Agentic AI, Vision LLMs
