About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and cloud-based application development using AWS. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing enterprise-grade applications, working with APIs, handling XML/XSLT transformations, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using .NET Framework and C#.

- Build and enhance client-side functionality using JavaScript.

- Develop and maintain XML/XSLT-based data transformation solutions.

- Create, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.

- Work on RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems/services including SOAP-based services.

- Contribute to cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS services such as AWS Lambda.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline management, deployment activities, and version control processes.

- Collaborate with QA, business, and support teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Follow SDLC best practices and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with .NET Framework / C#

- Good hands-on experience in JavaScript

- Advanced knowledge of XSLT and XML transformations

- Strong expertise in SQL Server and advanced SQL querying

- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs

- Working knowledge of SOAP services

Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Lambda

- Understanding of serverless architecture

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems

Engineering & Process :

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

- Experience with unit testing and integration testing

- Excellent debugging and analytical/problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or relevant .NET certification preferred

- Experience in customer-facing or professional services environments is an advantage
