About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with hands-on Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi development experience to build and ship production-grade digital asset and DeFi systems.

You will work on Smart Contracts, Blockchain integrations, Wallet and Transaction services and Backend platforms, connecting Web3 capabilities with a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build backend services and APIs connecting Blockchain/on-chain activity with core banking and other systems.

- Build wallet and transaction features including transaction signing, nonce/gas management, chain indexing and reconciliation.

- Integrate with DeFi protocols, Oracles and Bridges.

- Write clean, scalable and well-tested code with unit, integration and smart-contract testing.

- Work with Foundry/Hardhat, CI/CD and observability tools.

- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

- Work closely with Security, Risk, Compliance and Product teams.

- Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

- Stay updated with new Web3 standards, protocols and development practices.

Must Have :

- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.

- 1 - 2+ years of hands-on Blockchain / Web3 / DeFi development experience.

- Strong hands-on Solidity and EVM Smart Contract Development experience.

- Experience with Foundry and/or Hardhat.

- Strong backend development experience in at least one of : TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Rust, Java/Kotlin or Python.

- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems.

- Understanding of Wallet Infrastructure, Transaction Signing and Blockchain/Chain Indexing.

- Working knowledge of DeFi concepts such as AMMs, Lending, Staking, Stablecoins and Oracles.

- Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes/Containers and CI/CD.

- Strong focus on secure coding, testing, reliability and production-quality engineering.
