Key Responsibilities :
- Liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to standards.
- Implement and maintain Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (AEM/CQ5, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Social, etc.) following industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate AEM templates, components, and modules for marketing and business goals.
- Develop customer-centric digital experiences using the Adobe AEM suite, including CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration modules.
- Build advanced features like multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multi-lingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.
- Design, develop, and support AEM components, templates, integrations, and applications.
- Work extensively with AEM Core Components, Sling Models, OSGi services, Dispatcher, and CRX repository.
- Develop responsive and interactive web experiences using React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Utilize CQ Digital Asset Management, CQ Social Communities, and CQ Multi-Site Manager for scalable content solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other platforms and services.
- Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.
- Stay current with AEM product updates, best practices, and emerging web technologies.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 2+ years in AEM development.
- Hands-on experience with AEM 6.4 / 6.5, including at least one full-cycle implementation project.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, and Dispatcher.
- Proficient in Java, Android, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and AEM workflows for content-centric applications.
- Proficiency in AEM APIs, component development, and customization.
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is highly desirable.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud hosting environments is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Sightly/HTL (AEM templating language) preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a results-driven mindset.
