Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Work 365 integrations with external business systems.

- Integrate with CSP/distributor, ERP/accounting, PSA, payment, and tax platforms such as Microsoft Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Avalara.

- Build scalable integrations and APIs using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and REST APIs.

- Manage subscription/invoice synchronization, reconciliation, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting, idempotency, and error handling.

- Develop end-to-end features using .NET, React, and TypeScript.

- Write unit/reconciliation tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.

- Support release management, process improvements, feature documentation, and internal training.

- Provide L3 support and technical escalation when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, OOP, React, and TypeScript.

- Good knowledge of SOLID, GoF design patterns, DRY, KISS, and clean architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, third-party and financial integrations, including platforms such as Microsoft CSP/Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Avalara.

- Strong understanding of reconciliation, idempotency, retries, error handling, and distributed-system consistency.

- Experience with SQL Server, query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and Entity Framework.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Container Apps, Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, async/await, dependency injection, logging, and exception handling.

- Experience with NUnit/xUnit, debugging, troubleshooting, Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, and Postman.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.

Education :

- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
