Senior Software Engineer

Experience : 8- 11 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Education : B.Tech / M.Tech

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or Candidates Serving Notice Period Preferred

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

- Develop technical documentation to support business, operational, and regulatory requirements.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, performance, and security through proactive engineering practices.

- Contribute to DevOps initiatives by building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Continuously explore emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Programming Languages :

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

- Solid experience in C++

- Good working knowledge of Python

- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks

Cloud & Architecture :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in AWS cloud application development

- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices-based applications

- Experience building distributed systems and enterprise-scale applications

- Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures

- Expertise in API design, development, and management

Containerization & Orchestration :

- Hands-on experience with Docker

- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms

- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments

Database Technologies :

- Strong understanding of relational databases

- Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning

- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts

DevOps & Automation :

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and best practices

- Experience with build automation, deployment automation, and monitoring tools

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

Software Engineering Practices :

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles

- Experience with design patterns and architectural best practices

- Expertise in code review, testing, debugging, and performance optimization

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications and analytics platforms.

- Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging frameworks.

- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications.

- AWS certifications will be an added advantage.
