Senior SDET - Playwright

We are looking for an experienced SDET / QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and end-to-end testing. The candidate should have excellent automation, functional testing, API, SQL, and defect management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

- Develop and enhance reusable automation frameworks.

- Perform UI, API, Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.

- Validate data flow, database transactions, and batch jobs.

- Create test scenarios, test cases, and Test Plans.

- Track defects and work closely with development and business teams for resolution.

- Prepare testing status reports, test execution reports, and release completion reports.

- Support CI/CD and continuous testing activities.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of overall QA/Testing experience

- 6+ years of relevant Test Automation/SDET experience

- Strong hands-on Playwright experience

- Strong programming experience in Java

- Good SQL / Database Testing skills

- Experience in UI, API, Data Flow & Batch Job testing

- Strong understanding of Defect Management

- Experience with Test Planning & Reporting

- Good understanding of Agile Methodology

Good to Have:

- Selenium experience

- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps

- Git/version control

- API automation

- Experience with enterprise applications
