Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 to design and build scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java or Golang along with frontend experience in React or Angular, and a proven background in fintech, e-commerce, or B2C product companies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java or Golang

- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React or Angular

- Architect end-to-end solutions and contribute to system design discussions

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

- Drive technical innovation and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of strong software development experience

- Expertise in Java or Golang for backend development

- Hands-on experience with React or Angular for frontend development

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

- Experience building scalable distributed systems

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Background :

- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or B2C product-based companies

- Exposure to high-traffic, large-scale systems

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices

- Knowledge of caching, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
