Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.

The ideal candidate will take a leadership role in technical design, code quality, and mentoring, while contributing to the architecture and roadmap of key software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems

- Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with coding standards

- Build scalable backend services and APIs, and integrate with front-end systems

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for efficiency and scalability

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance

- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and cross-functional teams

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software development best practices

- Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and frameworks

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, Go, Node.js, etc.)

- Experience in building scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture

- Deep knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and algorithms

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
