About the Role :

Join a fast-paced, innovation-driven InsurTech organization operating like a start-up within a global tech leader. Were looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native systems and driving cutting-edge technology initiatives including Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Youll collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define goals, shape architecture decisions, and deliver impactful solutions that redefine the insurance technology landscape.

What Youll Do :

- Operate as a start-up mindset team within a large, influential InsurTech company

- Drive engineering excellence through TDD, GitOps, and best practices

- Lead architectural discussions and represent your team in company-wide technical forums

- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to set and achieve quarterly and annual objectives

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native software systems

- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

- Leverage Machine Learning and Generative AI to enhance user experience

- Engage in pair programming and continuous learning

What Were Looking For :

- Strong entrepreneurial and leadership mindset

- Passion for learning, innovation, and mentoring others

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer or System Engineer

- Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or any modern programming language

- Deep understanding of AWS (preferred), Containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
