About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior Software Consultant with strong full-stack development expertise to help design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Youll play a critical technical roleleading by example, resolving complex engineering challenges, supporting peers, and mentoring junior developers.

Youll work closely with Product Owners and distributed teams in an Agile environment to drive delivery excellence, bring architectural insights, and ensure high coding standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical aspects of projects and resolve development roadblocks

- Collaborate with tech leads and proactively support various workstreams

- Understand new modules and develop strong domain knowledge

- Review and approve pull requests; ensure high code quality and performance

- Make technical decisions in the absence of a lead

- Contribute to architecture design and performance optimization

- Work with Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed Agile teams

- Drive and promote Agile best practices and behaviors

- Leverage tools like Microsoft VSTS / Azure DevOps (ADO)

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience

- 3+ years of experience with ReactJS

- Strong background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Azure

- Experience building and managing Windows Services

- Solid understanding of architectural patterns and performance tuning

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Product Owners

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
