Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture research, diligence and decision-making for technology choices,design patterns, and implementation strategies to deliver the Product vision.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS solutions from the ground up, focusing on cloud-native patterns and horizontal scalability.

- Design and guide the development of a rich, analytical front-end UI/UX that handles large datasets and complex visualizations.

- Define integration patterns for connecting with various third-party and internal services using REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, and other modern APIs.

- Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and stakeholders to translate the Product vision into technical solutions and roadmaps.

- Establish architectural best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality software development across teams.

- Mentor and support engineers in architectural concepts, clean coding practices, AI tools and systems thinking.

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in a lead architect or similar technical leadership role at a SaaS product company.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale SaaS platforms, in a multi-tenant environment.

- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures (specifically AWS), microservices, and serverless paradigms.

- Deep experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and data-rich, interactive UI/UX for analytical dashboards or BI tools, with expertise in charting interactive tables and widgets.

- Excellent understanding of backend service integration, including RESTful APIs,GraphQL, WebSockets, message queues, and event-driven architecture.

- Solid foundation in data modeling, database performance optimization, and distributed systems.

- Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern deployment strategies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, real-time data processing, or streaming analytics.

- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

- Prior involvement in build vs. buy evaluations, and experience integrating with large ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Twilio).
