We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 810 years of experience in site reliability, production support, and operations engineering.

The ideal candidate requires strong expertise in observability tools and a deep understanding of modern SRE principles.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Azure App Insights, or similar tools.

- Build dashboards, alerts, and metrics to ensure end-to-end visibility of system performance.

- Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact.

- Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.

- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes using scripts or automation tools.

- Perform performance tuning of applications, infrastructure, and services.

Requirements :

- 810 years of experience in SRE, operations engineering, or production support.

- Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, App Insights).

- Solid experience with incident response, crisis management, and root cause analysis.

- Proficiency in automating operational tasks and strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts, performance tuning, and distributed systems.

- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP).
