Senior Site Reliability Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Designation : Sr System Reliability Engineer (Application Support + Automation)

Location : Pune

Experience : 6 to 8

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the production environment.

- Define and implement strategies for monitoring, performance optimization, and incident response.

- Automate deployments, monitoring, and operational processes across environments.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps best practices.

- Design and standardize alerting mechanisms and system health monitoring.

- Drive incident analysis and reduction through feedback loops and proactive improvements.

- Collaborate on system design, capacity planning, and launch readiness.

- Ensure service reliability, scalability, and performance via automation and continuous improvement.

- Work with global teams and provide knowledge sharing and documentation.

- Participate in on-call rotations and occasional off-hours support.

Must Have :

- Linux

- Shell Scripting (basic)

- ITIL / ITSM

- SQL

- Application Troubleshooting

- Any Monitoring tool (Preferred Splunk/Dynatrace)

- Jenkins CI/CD (basic)

- Groovy Scripting/Yaml (basic)

- Git basic/bit bucket (basic)

- Networks F5, Load Balancers, HSM, Security Keys, SSL/TLS Certificates (knowledge/experience)

- ISO8583 / ISO20022 (knowledge/experience)

Good To Have :

- Payments Flows, Switching, Settlements, Authorisation flows

- Even Framework architecture

- Ansible/Chef (Basic)
