Senior Sharepoint Engineer - Power Platform

Key Responsibilities :

SharePoint Online Administration :

- Manage and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, governance policies, and integrations with Microsoft 365.

- Monitor system health, implement best practices, and ensure high availability and performance.

- Develop and enforce governance and compliance policies in line with organizational standards.

SharePoint Development :

- Design and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.

- Create workflows and business process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

- Implement branding, page layouts, custom web parts, and site templates.

Copilot Studio / AI Agent Development :

- Build and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Integrate AI agents into SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments to improve productivity, self-service, and user engagement.

- Leverage Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Graph to enable rich AI experiences.

- Collaborate with business users to identify use cases, design conversational flows, and train AI models.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and the IT team to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Provide Tier-3 support for SharePoint and related M365 services.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.

- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

- Experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) or similar tools.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure Active Directory, and REST APIs.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.

- Experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft certifications such as :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate

- Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Application Developer Associate

- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate

- Experience with Microsoft Syntex, Viva Topics, or other AI-enhanced M365 services.

- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices.
