Senior ServiceNow Engineer - ITSM/HRSD

About the Role :

You will collaborate directly with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet evolving enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integration components.

- Develop advanced Service Portals or work with Seismic to build modern, user-centric interfaces.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of solutions.

- Work directly with product managers and business contacts to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage implementation timelines.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements within the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide technical leadership in platform upgrades, configuration management, and release planning.

- Maintain ServiceNow best practices related to security, performance, code reusability, and governance.

- Independently manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs or integration platforms.

- Automate workflows and implement efficient, scalable solutions to improve ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and other

ServiceNow modules.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module customization (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

- Hands-on experience building and customizing Service Portals or working with Seismic.

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS or other front-end frameworks.

- Solid experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and external integrations.

- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
