Senior ServiceNow Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in India. This is a senior-level, multifaceted role within the ServiceNow organization and will act as a point of escalation on-site. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key ServiceNow modules and drive platform enhancements, best practices, integrations, and team collaboration.

This position requires deep expertise in ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, SPM, IntegrationHub, Midservers, and platform security. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams and support education and mentorship initiatives for junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow modules :

- ITSM, SPM, Discovery, Event Management, IntegrationHub, Midservers

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and integration strategies.

- Proven track record of implementing complex configurations and integrations.

- Experience working with SaaS-based platform security and best practices.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across global, cross-functional teams.

- Passion for knowledge sharing and building team capability.
