Senior ServiceNow Developer - TMF OpenAPI

Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer TMF Open API

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid or Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT).

- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.

- Ensure TMF API compliance for telecom process integrations.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end integration workflows.

- Troubleshoot API and integration issues, perform impact analysis, and implement fixes.

- Document technical designs, data mappings, and configuration changes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development and integration.

- Proven expertise with TMF Open API implementations in a telecom domain.

- Strong understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architecture and service lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and API security best practices.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, server-side and client-side scripting.

- ServiceNow certifications : CSA, CAD (Preferred).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
