Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITIL/CMDB

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in building, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-level ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable solutions, develop custom APIs, and enhance platform performance while aligning with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including custom scoped apps and Scripted REST APIs.

- Build and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other interfaces.

- Ensure high performance and scalability of flows, portals, and integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform enhancement initiatives.

- Contribute to automation, workflow optimization, and platform innovation aligned with organizational goals.

- Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong proficiency in API development, Scoped Applications, and Scripted REST APIs.

- In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks, CMDB architecture, and data modeling in ServiceNow.

- Expertise in workflow, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.

- Proven experience in performance tuning, portal customization, and integration optimization.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM or ITOM).

- Experience with Service Portal, IntegrationHub, or ServiceNow App Engine.

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) or DevOps integration.
