About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer HRSD to design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HRSD modules, integrations, scripting, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management.

- Develop and enhance workflows, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog items.

- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and other enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR processes.

- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable HRSD solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and maintain detailed technical documentation.

- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, HRSD best practices, and platform enhancements.

Primary Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Secondary Skills :

- Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR, etc.

- Experience integrating systems using Web Services APIs (REST/SOAP).
