- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation within complex enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, and HR workflows.

- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as :

- Workday

- SAP SuccessFactors

- Oracle HR

- Or similar HR systems

- Experience with integrations, scripting, and workflow configurations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform & Module Development :

- Participate in the full application development lifecycledesign, build, testing, deployment, support.

- Configure, customize, and enhance HRSD functionalities based on business requirements and user stories.

- Develop custom business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and flows.

Integrations :

- Develop and maintain REST / SOAP integrations with HRIS and external systems.

- Support file-based integrations, data imports, and export processes.

Support & Maintenance :

- Manage incidents, problems, enhancements, and break-fix activities related to HRSD.

- Ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.

Testing & Documentation :

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end test cycles.

- Document solution designs, configuration details, and technical specifications.

- Provide solution options and technical guidance to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with HR, IT, business analysts, and functional teams.

- Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical feasibility feedback.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- ServiceNow CSA Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).

- CISITSM

- ITIL Foundation

- DevOps certifications

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
