Senior ServiceNow Custom Application Developer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Custom Application Developer with hands-on experience building scoped applications, customizing the ServiceNow platform, and integrating with third-party systems.

The successful candidate will be proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, and scripting frameworks.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery will be critical.

Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and implementing Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and extend ServiceNow scoped applications to meet business requirements.

- Build complex workflows and automations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Glide scripting APIs.

- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems through REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct structured code reviews, and foster best practices in development.

- Build and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.

- Expertise in ServiceNow tools including Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Business Rules.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.

- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow apps.

- Strong mentorship and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, HRSD, CSM, or ITSM modules
