Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- L2 Administrator with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP.

- Server Architecture & Design : Develop and implement scalable server solutions to support business needs.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor and fine-tune server performance for efficiency and reliability.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure adherence to security policies, patch management, and compliance standards.

- Automation & Scripting : Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate server management tasks.

- Incident Management : Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

- Collaboration & Communication : Work with IT teams and stakeholders to align server infrastructure with business objectives.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring high-quality server management.

- Documentation : Maintain records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
