Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Server & Infrastructure Engineer to provide senior-level engineering, administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support for enterprise server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, DNS, DHCP, AWS, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in either Citrix OR Nutanix is mandatory.

- VMware vSphere Mandatory.

- Windows Server 2016/2019 Mandatory.

- Active Directory & Group Policy Mandatory.

- DNS & DHCP Mandatory.

- Windows/Linux Server Administration Mandatory.

- Server Troubleshooting Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide senior-level engineering and technical support for enterprise server infrastructure.

- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.

- Build, configure, and administer Windows and Linux virtual machines.

- Administer and troubleshoot VMware vSphere environments.

- Manage and support Citrix OR Nutanix infrastructure based on organizational requirements.

- Configure and manage relevant AWS services; Azure exposure is an added advantage.

- Perform Windows, Linux, and AWS server patch management.

- Troubleshoot IIS and application hosting environments.

- Manage file services, print servers, and related Windows infrastructure.

- Monitor server infrastructure, critical links, system health, performance, and logs.

- Respond to server incidents and troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.

- Perform RCA for critical and recurring incidents and ensure timely submission.

- Execute firmware upgrades, configuration backups, preventive maintenance, and DR tests.

- Remediate server vulnerabilities and close security/audit findings.

- Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for hardware issues, RMA, replacement, and server-down incidents.

- Follow change management, configuration management, SOPs, and escalation procedures.

- Maintain server documentation, architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Support capacity planning and infrastructure optimization.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on complex infrastructure issues.

- Maintain defined SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills:

- Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.

- VMware vSphere, Windows & Linux Server Administration.

- Citrix OR Nutanix (Must Have).

- AWS, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management.

- Incident Management, Monitoring, Backup/DR.

Good to Have:

- Azure, IIS Administration, VCP-DCV certification, ITIL/ITSM, Security audit, Network troubleshooting.
