Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Linux, Windows, and VMware servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Perform routine monitoring and log reviews to proactively identify and resolve issues.

- Develop, test, and implement automation scripts to streamline server administration tasks.

- Manage server patching, software upgrades, and performance tuning to maintain system health.

- Ensure robust system security protocols, including backups and disaster recovery planning.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

- Document server configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions thoroughly.

- Support internal audits and compliance requirements by maintaining proper documentation and system controls.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience administering Linux, Windows, and VMware server environments.

- Strong knowledge of server monitoring tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).

- Experience with patch management, system upgrades, and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with security best practices, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Experience supporting audit and compliance processes is a plus.
