Position : Senior Semarchy Developer

Location : Remote (with quarterly visits to Chennai office)

Duration : Full-Time

Introduction :

We are looking for experienced Semarchy Developers to join our team. Semarchy xDM is the Intelligent Data Hub platform, offering the fastest and easiest path to best-in-class data integration, data governance, and data management. Our mission is to empower business users to become data champions by ensuring seamless access and control over their data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure MDM workflows and implement data quality rules within the Semarchy platform.

- Define and implement business process workflows to enforce data governance using MDM tools.

- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth development, QA, and operational support.

- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, standards, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred :

- Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, or related tools.
